After completing many paintings of mythological figures such as fairies, goddesses and the Greenman I selected 36 of my personal best paintings and created the Shaman Vision Deck. These paintings were created over a 9 year period of my career that expanded my awareness to a quantum level. Each painting was created with emotional intent: to connect to the human psyche in a way only art can achieve. Art was mankind’s first language and a survival tool. We may have outgrown our need to communicate through art, but art remains...to remind us that we have a soul.

HOW TO USE THE SHAMAN VISION DECK

This divination deck is an excellent tool connecting the inner world that effects the outer world. This deck can expose what is taking place at a deep prehistoric level and provide understanding of one’s evolution toward wholeness. People want most of all to give meaning to the events of their lives. This Shaman Vision deck is a very direct and efficient way of projecting the inner contents of the psyche outward for conscious examination.

Each Shaman Vision card holds a message deep within the artwork; meanings that are personal interpretations of what is seen when the cards are laid out.

The card you pull is from your energy and the energy I painted into each piece of artwork. If you are of true spirit your energy will call to the right images.

Because the artwork was created during Shamanistic journeys they hold deep meaningful messages that can cause a shift in your awareness. Art creates its own pathway to our psyche so don’t be surprised by the effect of your experience.

The Shaman Vision Deck can be used several ways and at several levels. Here is a list of ways to utilize your deck...or be creative and create your own personal combinations.

SINGLE CARD READING (below)

A quick glimpse of where you are at today. This card could be a warning of what is to come in the near future or a message of things to avoid. It is an awareness of your present energy that has been created by your past and future.

3 CARD LAYOUT (below)

Brief Summary

Choose and lay out 3 cards in a row from L to R. The first card is your past, the second card is your present and the third card is your future. This first timeline group represents a brief description of your DNAs past, present and future. Find the negative and positive connections and make conclusions. Find a commonality between cards to reach a clear picture.

Example: Let’s say you chose Shaman Journey card as a past, Inner Child card as the present and Protector as future. (sample below). Just by viewing the three cards alongside each other you can see two powerful images with a child in the middle.

A seasoned professional Tarot reader will conclude that in the past your ancestors possessed magical powers and lost their abilities through some social evolution. Its qualities did not appear in the present or future cards and therefore indicated it was lost. In the present Your Inner Child represents the loss of those abilities. Somewhere along your bloodline someone caused the loss of specific abilities by reading the negative aspects of the Inner Child. Your future card of Protector indicates your ability to rekindle those powers with a commitment to nurture, protect and return these dormant qualities to their full capacity.

You may also discover that somewhere in your DNAs past there could have been someone who possessed great artistic abilities, or build great monuments or connected to the Gods of our past. You may also discover somewhere in your bloodline there was treachery, deceit and evil doings. This information could explain your experiences of uneasiness or unrest. They could be the results of unresolved the issues of your ancestors.

Tracking Your Souls DNA

The first row:

Use the same method as the three card standard layout. Read each card and their connection to each other.

The second row:

The second row is the result of the first row and will direct you to the next step in the evolution of your DNA past, present and future. This past card in row#2 is the results of all the cards from the first line.

This is the second shift in your bloodline. These cards must be read carefully, for the are seeking patterns beginning to appear resulting from the information obtained from row #1 that unlock the traits of your ancient DNA ...Perhaps unleashing traits of artistic creativity, the ability to inspire others or heal the sick. And on the other hand you may discover a past of fear, defeat or despair. If the negative aspects of the #l past card coincides with that of the second row past card you will find a pattern growing here. If you any corresponding cards that do not match or contradict each other this means a cancellation, or end of that energy. This could mean a branch of your bloodline died off without offspring.

The third row:

Whatever your conclusions are of the second row the third row will respond to it.

A final mosaic of images creates a map exposing the rich spiritual history of your bloodline, your DNA, your very essence.

With this new knowledge you will have a clearer image of who you were, who you are, what you are made of and what you can be.

You may also find new directions to take in your life.

ABOUT THE SHAMAN VISION DECK

Tarot and Shaman Vision Decks

In the beginning the Tarot was developed when visionary artists of the time created images that told the story of their environment and human condition. Following in the footsteps of ancient Shaman they interpreted their environment with familiar images. In the Kings, Queens, Emperors, Popes, Death, Devil, Fool and Moon were icons of consciousness in the 14th century… but not today. Effective for centuries these icons are no longer a part of our conscious awareness and have little to do with our lifestyles.

Although the Tarot remains strong in the attempt to maintain its magical connection to our psyche, these icons need serious updating. Life today is a fast pace of internet, texting, cell phones, appointments, freeways and a bombardment of advertisements wherever we look; all dictating how we should look, where we should live and what we should buy. We have become a multi-tasking species on the fast track of evolution...an evolution of Quantum Consciousness.

I give great credit to Tarot Readers of the new millennium; for their ability to give new meaning to outdated icons makes them Shaman in their own right. I have created this deck for the Tarot Readers of the Conscious Evolution. This deck is my interpretation of the human condition today and contains images that not only encouraged, but demanded your active participation in creating an organic, evolving view of the past, present and future. Finally readers will be able to optimize their intuitive and psychic abilities and take them to dimensions only ancient Shaman were able to achieve.

The artwork in this deck was not originally created for the purpose of a visionary deck. Each painting was created during 9 year Shamanistic Journey that took me to places beyond time itself and deep into the psychic mysteries of mankind. There is magic in art and always has been when it is genuinely created from the soul.

With this in mind I invite you to take a journey into the possibilities you can discover in art that touches your heart and speaks the language of your soul with images that dilate your imagination.

NOTE: Many people have experienced shifts in their reality resulting from the effects of the artwork. These experiences are part of a journey to greater understanding and the truth. Do not deny yourself the inner knowing. New realities are born by the death of old ones. Explore your possibilities and create new experiences that change your live.

Connection between Shaman Art and Divination Cards

the Shamans of our past were the artists, the mythmakers and the healers. Nature created Shamans to guide humankind through its evolution. With little more than and imagination as a survival tool, humans were defenseless against a cruel and violent environment. The Shaman’s responsibility was to give his community the insight and fortitude to create ways to endure death, hardship and fear.

In the beginning of mankind art was our first language; the language of the soul and it was a significant survival tool when we lived in caves struggling to stay alive some 40,000 years ago. At a time when there was no spoken or written language everything our ancestors felt and experiences was expressed through their art. This language was painted on walls of caves, carved in pottery, tattooed on bodies and molded into figures of God & Goddess that they preyed to. Our ancestors viewed these icons as implements of truth and knowledge beyond their thinking capabilities. These images were expressions of the soul with messages to the conscious mind; messages that go beyond thinking; beyond comprehension or human judgment.

As it was in the beginning, as remains true today. the messages in art go right to the core of human essence making us aware of ourselves and our healing qualities. Art was considered the most sacred of all sacred things that contained power grater thank what man can imagine. In short; Art is in our blood.

Take it to another level: How Deep Can You Go?

Once you become familiar with this deck you may want to attempt taking it to another level. After a 9 card reading you can venture further into the souls web by looking at the cards for deeper relationships. It also helps if you wish to receive a clearer picture of a specific event. This is done by choosing the card in question within the mosaic. Connect the cards wherever two corners touch on top, bottom or sides. In other words; no diagonal connections.

Let’s say you want more information on the Share Secrets card in row #3 Past (health). Clues from the neighboring cards above and beside will give you more details (remember; no diagonal connections)...Shared Secrets + Observe + Create… could your secrets be shared with someone who is observing you or are you observing them? Could it be someone who is creative? Or do you have to create a situation to bring this person forward? You should find your answers here, if not, try connecting Observer with it neighbors Patience and Death/Birth...this will give you a clearer vision of to the meaning of the Observe card. Also do this to the Create card...attach it to include Death/Birth and Shaman Journey. This shifts the meaning of the Create card as well.

THE POWER OF 9

This deck was created with the power of 9. There are 36 cards, 3+6=9. A full reading consists of 9 cards in three rows of three. The Quantum layout consists of 18 cards, 1+8=9.

According to Indian scriptures, the numeral 9 corresponds to Lord Brahma (the creator of universe). Mathematically, one interesting property of 9 is shown by the following table:

9x1 = 9

9 x 2 = 18 (8+1 = 9)

9 x 3 = 27 (7+2 = 9)

9 x 12 = 108 (1+0+8 = 9)

Examine some more amazing facts of this number. Multiplying by nine reveals mirror symmetry among numbers. If any number is multiplied by nine the resulting digits always add to nine.

For example, 2 x 9 = 18; 3 x 9 = 27, 4 x 9 = 36 and so on.

Let's have a look at some more of the number's unique associations.

1. It is stated that the heart rests in between beats for 9 hours a day.

2. The 9th power of 9 is 387,420,489, a number which is unique. Breaking it down, we get 3 + 8 + 7 = 18 = 9; 4 + 2 + 0 = 6; 4 + 8 + 9 = 21 = 3; and ultimately 9 + 6 + 3 = 18 = 1 + 8 = 9.

Astronomically, there are 27 constellations in our galaxy, and each one of them has four directions. Furthermore, 27 x 4 = 108; (1+0+8) = 9. In other words the number 9 covers the whole galaxy.

QUANTUM 9 CARD LAYOUT

Take it to the Highest level

This is the ultimate reading. It is lengthily and intricate. All sorts of information that you didn’t even think of asking will come to surface with thins reading. The reader must be aware intensity of these reading. They may travel far back into the past or journey deep into the future of your DNA. With so much information coming to you at once it may be difficult to process at once. If you are not careful you may miss a specific aspect that could change the outcome. This is the ultimate reading. After completing the Full 9 card reading (which included the cross referencing) lay out another 9 cards over the existing cards and in the same order. Connect the card under to the new laid card on top. The top cards reveals what influences the characteristics of the card below, like a parent influences a child, or a teacher influences a student.

Even thought we are born with physical traits of our ancestors, like having your grandmother’s eyes or your great-grandfather's hair, we also carry memories of experiences of everyone in our bloodline from as back as prehistoric times. We carry this information deep within our psyche without our awareness. In this reading you may discover what influences were responsible for creating who you are today? What secrets could you unearth that you already know? Could you avoid certain events in your future by what you discover, or change how you see your world?

Creativity, change and wealth are all very powerful cards. Combine them with the results from row #1.

Your new conclusion could read like this:

The Shaman abilities your ancestors one possessed was lost to childhood fears but is on its way back. New information from row#2 suggests that Shaman quality is really on it’s way back...and stronger than it has ever been in your bloodline past. Your job is to take it to the next level.

Third Row

Share Secrets + Observe + Patience:

Now I see your secret Shaman qualities being shared with someone else, perhaps a loved one, friend or family member. With a close eye you observe and oversee these Shaman qualities assuring they remain strong and on their path to greatness. And, of course, you must have patience in this process.

Now you have your Shaman ability on it way to revival and renewal...but you must be patient.

In addition, connect each row from top to bottom to calculate the condition of the spirit, body and mind through time.

In this case you have Shaman Journey, Create and Share Secrets in the Spirit column. I see strong health through your DNA’s journey through time. The combination of Shamanistic magic (medicine person) with creativity (alchemist for healing potions) and sharing the ability to heal with others. You hold the DNA of a healthy spirit that can make healing potions or actions.
